Politically, are you one of the infamous, elusive, free-spirit Independents? Do you even know? As a benefit to our readers, here’s a simple quiz to determine if you are a member of the hip, bohemian, free-thinking independents.
- Is “60 Minutes” one of you favorite TV shows?
- Do you believe that the Bush administration has wrecked the economy?
- Do you subscribe to a major newspaper and read more than the Sports and Funnies?
- Is your preferred news outlet ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN or PBS?
- Do you consider “The New York Times” a staple for an educated citizen?
- You’re not sure that “Bush lied” but you’re concerned anyway?
- Do you say “we need a change” at least twice a week?
- Is your favorite scene from “American Beauty” the grocery bag blowing in the wind?
If you answered “yes” to two or more of these questions, then congratulations! You are an elite — a member of the sophisticated, “do your own thing”, political independents who bravely vote “for change” (whatever that is).
